    Big Des?

Please forgive my ignorance if this is obvious but what's up with Desmond Watson? Can we count on him this year? He can be dominant at times when he's right but I haven't heard him mentioned much if at all. Maybe that's a good thing...

    McClain looks like a twig

This is best case scenario. We are stacked at DB/S this year barring significant injuries. I'd hate to see him go out there and burned and lose us a game...

Richardson was going pro or transferring

He would be a very expensive tight end! I hope it works out well but at this point the Colts must be very concerned.

🏈 Football Practice Insider 8/10 Insider Scrimmage Notes

Serious bummer about Jamari, for him and for the team. I thought he was going to have a breakout season and he has clearly become a team leader even though he hasn't contributed a lot so far. Injuries are always a bummer but this one makes me particularly sad...

Richardson was going pro or transferring

I agree with Drumlin that we are better off without him. Not because he couldn't play but he, like Mullen, had given up and didn't care anymore about the team. I hope he does great in the NFL but he started going half ass about halfway through his last season in college.

    SEC SEC SEC

At this point, none of them would prefer Napier. This is a prove it year for sure. He has to show that he belongs.

    SEC SEC SEC

#12 due to some bad luck. I don't think there is a discernible difference between Florida, Tennessee, Missouri, South Carolina, Kentucky, Auburn, LSU, Texas A&M and Oklahoma. But that's the problem too. These are all toss up games. The talent gap has shrunk and it's going to stay like this...

Normally, what's said at a PC doesn't mean much to me

I'm optimistic about him and the other two defensive coaches on DL and DB/S. We have good players and more depth than we have had in a while.

This is all you need to know about Cormani

I'm just saying people that waste time like this are not making good use of their God given talents. Cormani might do some good things for the Gators and for himself but he is not destined for greatness. That's fine. Not many of us become great at anything. But he could be great if he wanted...

This is all you need to know about Cormani

I don't really care how he's playing the video game, I'm more concerned that he's not using his time better. When I was in college, I didn't have time to waste on such things and I didn't even have all the responsibilities that football players have.

🏈 Football Recruiting Ticker Four-star set to decide

I'm guessing Miami but I sincerely hope I'm wrong and that he will be a Gator. These kind of recruitments are doubly important because if you get him, you not only get the player but an opponent doesn't get the player.

Coach Napier is ranked as the 3rd biggest laughing stock in college football

He had a distinct talent advantage at Louisiana. His teams dominated the LOS. That could provide cover for poor decision making.

UNC and UVA are more valued in expansion than FSU

FSU is good at football but not that good and I know they don't command as big an audience as UF commands.

UNC and UVA are more valued in expansion than FSU

I'm shocked USF could qualify as an AAU school. I took some classes there that should have been challenging and it was an absolute joke. That was a long time ago so they have obviously improved but that's a bigger jump than I thought possible.

Mitchell Q&A: An in-depth look at Florida football from a player perspective

I'm not sure he would be able to recruit as well as UF as he has at Ohio State. Those guys are on a roll and have lots of NFL success lately and lots of on the field success lately, and lots and lots of money and an administration that cares about football. Day is obviously a good coach and...

    Florida-Cal cancel series

Hate to drop "easy" games but that is a long trip.. Probably their idea because the move the ACC has really ramped up their travel requirements.

The baseline for coach Napier should be.........................

How we look doing it is as important as the win total. We need some positive press. The only reason we are discussed in the media at this point is when it comes to Napier's job status and the difficulty of our schedule. We need to turn some heads and have some real star players emerge...

Tracking where Florida stands in the Team Recruiting Rankings

This is good information but it seems like we need to wait for the Miami game and see what happens. If we win and look good doing it and The Swamp is epic, I think good things will happen. There is a lot riding on that game. We would have some momentum. I think there are kids that want to...

Miami's Director of Recruiting is lobbing hand grenades at Florida (Napier)

I'm surprised Miami and FSU are doing as well as they are in recruiting. If a kid has a chance to play in the SEC or Big Ten, why go to a second tier conference like the ACC? I know money isn't the only factor but, in this case, we must have been outbid by a decent margin.
