There's obviously an upside, you have someone who's immensely talented, who just hasn't figured it out yet.
If he does, you've hit the jackpot.
There's also a downside, if there weren't every big name program would be in the running here.
If the issues from Colorado linger, and if he has a strong enough personality, he could in in essence have his bad habits rub off on other players.

We want him as the rumor is he is a pwo. Have to think it’s an insanely short leash. That’s low risk high reward. I would have been pumped to land his commitment last year…ambivalent this year.
Reading some more on him I'm changing the way I think. USF wouldn't offer him a scholarship. That's pretty bad.
