If he doesn't lose a lot of weight he'll lose the starting position in the fall. Maybe that's what he needs.Damn. I wonder if he has a medical issue causing this? Whether it's that or lack of discipline or both, I hope he gets it figured out because I can't imagine life expectancy or quality of life is too great at that weight.
He could also make some serious NFL money at something less than 350 pounds.
Napier is big on accountability, and he's not talking money. He was losing weight under Savage and now he's gaining again.
He's gonna cost himself millions.
Didn't he already lose it?If he doesn't lose a lot of weight he'll lose the starting position in the fall. Maybe that's what he needs.
He lost it, then gained it all back in the off-season, now he's got some real competition for the position and he didn't show up ready to play. All those massive changes in body weight are really not good for you. He needs to listen to the coaches and find some self-control. I imagine he's lost the confidence of the players and the coaches. Last year he only needed to lose another 20 pounds or so to really be elite, then he does this.Didn't he already lose it?
