If we keep Banks and get Lyons back, I really like our 2025 team. Jame might come back too. For the first time in Napier's tenure we are going to be as old or older than all of our opponents. No more 6th year senior QBs to contend with.

LSU is vulnerable to the QB run but even if DJ plays I doubt he will be up to running for 150 yards.. Even if he just plays behind the LOS, I guess that's upgrade to the walk-on but not a full DJ impact.

I don't think it's delusional thinking. The margins are so thin between winning and losing, just a couple of plays can be the difference between coaches on the hot seat and coaches getting raises... Our coaching/recruiting is not elite right now for sure but if a few things go right that can...
