It's a little early to do this.

It's probably better to wait until we get some summer workout reports and then maybe even the fall camp updates.

If you think about it, if this question was asked at this time last year, Andy Jean seemed like the best candidate because of the spring he had.

However, he then fell off.

But if you wait until they are emerging in camp then they’ve no longer come out of nowhere.

He actually had 8+ yards per attempt last year. Jordan Travis only had 8.5. But Jayden Daniels had 11.6.

I would like to see 10+ yards per attempt this year from Mertz and all Gator QBs.
