What does coach Napier bring to the table?

I read this tweet from Graham and I'm thinking what does coach Napier bring to the table. What is he good at that puts him above other coaches?

We know he isn't a good game day coach. Not only because of his losing record but because the way he loses.

With these three classes we know he isn't an elite recruiter. He is better than okay but he's not great, maybe not even really good.

He isn't a good overseer of the football program. He admitted yesterday that his strength coach has got to go. He already got rid of a couple of coaches. Hiring good staff and being the CEO is over his head.

I am asking in all seriousness, what is he good for?

Had this class finished top 3 then the answer was recruiting. With how it finished, in 2 years he is the worst head coach at UF in my lifetime. He’s got this year to turn it around, but he’s not proven elite or very good at anything to the naked eye.

Nothing.

There are some coaches that everything they touch turns to gold and then there are coaches that they're just in over their head and they pull down everyone else down with them.

It's a shame to say it, but that's him.

It's not going to change over the summer.

The last 2 weeks I've told myself that I want to be more positive but then every time I get online we've lost out on a good transfer and signed a low ranked one.

it's hard being a Florida fan.

Two top 20 classes, Graham Mertz, DJ Lagway, Myles Graham, Tre Wilson, LJ McCray, and I can go on and on.

He is building our talent base. That's what he brings to the table.

Then you should be more positive but that doesn't mean that everyone else has to. He has a record to stand on. That is hard to overlook. If he wants the fans to show positivity he should give us a reason. What he has done in 2 years isn't getting it done.

We might not be in the top 20 by the time Feb comes around.

The thing about building the talent up now is that if he can't coach them up and win, they're all going to transfer when he gets fired anyway.
