They are promoting that weak ass workout like it will make a difference.
Did they watch Swamp Kings?
Does any of the players look like they are struggling or about to fall out?
They are jogging around.
How is that going to help us in a game?
I have seen group fitness classes at Planet Fitness with more intensity.

Having said that, Todd Golden likely deserves a little less of it considering the trajectory of Florida basketball since he took over.
