Today's scrimmage

Last Saturday I received three different scrimmage updates and posted them.

Today, so far I've received two, and both have basically been that it was uneventful.

Like last week, I'll share what comes in.

One observer with some responses:

* Graham Mertz was hitting his throws - he put the ball exactly where it needed to be. He also ran more in this scrimmage than he did last week.

* A lot of the plays were abbreviated — such that, there were no true home run plays - since it was a scrimmage the play was dead. They played for reps vs to completion.

* I don't remember any interceptions.

* The defense was fired up. They had a lot of energy and were loud all practice.

One of the visitors there who told me they would share some info said that he was asked not to. So, that's life. We want to get as much info/detail as possible. They want to keep it in house.

If it helps us win I don't care if they hire security guards to keep people out.

If it doesn't matter I don't see why they can't help to try to build some excitement to maybe help people get over how bad we've been by letting us see if we're getting better.
