All the "rules" have changed and everything in college football now is meaningless ... commitments are meaningless, letters of intent are meaningless, etc.
If you look at On3's Recruiting Prediction Machine page for Stubbs, it now has Florida at 92.5%.
Where he ends up playing next year, no one really knows for sure.
