But from what I understand of this, is that Rashada is not suing the Collective for breach of contract.
It seems he is bringing suit against Napier, Hathcock, and Castro-Walker, none of who had, in principle, anything to do with Gator Collective.
The claim seems to be that they misled him thereby losing out on the agreement he had with Miami.
I don't know what evidence they have, but good luck to them proving all this in court.
From my un-expert opinion, it seems the goal is to reach some sort of settlement - I truly know nothing about the legalities here.
I can also sympathize since this whole NIL disaster is a result of the greed of all administrators associated with college football/basketball.
He seems to be grasping to blame someone.
