The problem is not the size of the staffs, it the decision making, or lack there of, from the HC.
Yeah, I've heard him a number of times criticize the nutrition program at Florida saying he was the nutritionist for his team when he coached. He would simply go around and look at everyone's plate and tell them to put something green on it.
