Billy Napier opening statement: "It's hard to win. We certainly had to grind that out. Hats off to Trey Smack to step up and hit all 5 of those. We moved the ball up and down the field, but we have to have better redone football.

Napier on penalties in the first half: "Illegal block on the back on Robinson is up for debate. Those are all individual mistakes."
Nappier on Mertz getting hit "We gotta keep him cleaner. Some of those cats on the edge were top 100 players."
Nappier on not going for it on 4th&1 in the redzone. "The analytics said it's not a go. Even though it was on the one. I wanted to though."
Nappier on Derek Wingo "practices with effort and plays with effort. He's critical on third down and plays a lot on our special teams. He's everything you want in a University of Florida football team. He's a class act"
Nappier on Pearsall: "He's one of the best receivers in the country." His skill makes him so dominant as he can get open short and down the field"
Nappier on his offensive line being relatively new: "It's healthy. It's good for them and it's good for the team. Wether because it's injury or suspension, it'll be really good for us"
James on the team dominating on third down defensively: "Like coach Armstrong said 'It's a privellage to play on third down'. We brought out our third down package and tried to get to the quarterback."
James on if it was expected that they were going to play this way after the Tennessee game "Not at all. Coach Nappier and coach Armstrong say don't play down to your competition." He said it was unfortunate that they win by as much as they should have.
