Can we know how much of our improvements in recruiting this year is because we got different NIL people running the show?

Last year, fans were ready to get rid of Bates. This year. He has 3 of the top linebackers committed to us.

Last year we were back around 12th or 15th. This year we're in the top 5 and beating Georgia and Alabama for recruits.

It can't all be coaches.

Seems like it’s both. In the day of NIL most players aren’t going to where the coaches are great but the money isn’t right.

I don't know personally, but if you read the comments of the recruits, it's the coaches. I'm willing to believe that the recruits are probably less than willing to discuss NIL in a public forum, so its difficult to know how to get accurate information on this issue which I agree is very important.

I doubt that it is a complete coincidence that UF's recruiting improved by leaps and bounds right after Florida Victorius took over.

Also, the coaches have had more time to build a relationship with the prospects in this cycle, and that of course helps as well.
Have you gotten specifics for what regulations were changed by the State of Florida right after the Rashada fiasco? All I heard was that the old regulations put all the programs in Florida at a disadvantage relative to programs in other states.
