Napier strategy question

Napier didn’t really run a 2 minute offense before the half last year with AR or didn’t call timeouts to extend those drives. Do y’all think he changes that strategy with mertz this year? Was last year a lack of trust in AR airing it out in those scenarios or his coaching strategy?

I think that's a question only the coaches could answer.

It seemed to me he was wary of AR in those circumstances where he could lose the game with one bad decision. I don't think AR's confidence was in a good place for alot of last season.

But Mertz throws as many interceptions as Richardson.

Why would the coaches trust him more?
