Make one change that will help us the rest of the season

Our biggest issues are at OC and no ST coach.

It can't be a new OC or ST coach because that can't happen in the season.

What other one change would you make to help us the rest of this season?

There is no way to take big swings in-season. There are no complete overhauls from week to week. So, I know it sounds overly simplistic, but I would put Aidan Mizell in the game for a good 10-15 plays per game where the only thing he does is run a deep pattern. Throw it to him at least 2-3 times per game and if he brings one in, great. Even if he doesn't he is going to command a CB and S to be back there with him, helping open up things underneath.

Make as much noise as you can if you go to a game and show as much support as you can on message boards and social media.

The backend of our defense did look better with Thornton than it did with Mitchell.

Benching Mitchell will probably net us at least one win this season.

He was terrible tackling and covering.

His ankle isn't allowing him to play to his 100% full potential so he has hurt us out there.

Slaughter isn't experienced but he is solid.

Our wide receiver coach has been an OC. He could call plays while Napier focuses on the overall picture and execution. I’d second marks idea. Put some speed out there and see if they can get separation to keep the defense honest.

I had forgot about him. Not a bad idea at all. Then have Napier as the Special Teams Coach like Urban did.
