If I make 2 posts on the 3rd it says I have to wait for so long

If I make 2 replies on here if I want to make another one it says I have to wait for so long before it will let me.

Why?

I don't want to have to wait around or hold off until I can come back later.

Someone asked about it a couple of months ago. I guess you have to have so many posts before it allows you to make multiple posts (so that someone doesn't come on and spam the board).

I am the least technical person on this planet. I would have to see if someone from Tech could advise me if it could be overridden and if so, how to do it.

It happens to me. I have to wait it out or log back in and it works.
