Hayes: Gators need an attitude adjustment. Is Billy Napier capable of delivering one?

Good read from Hayes, with one correction, Utah played their third and fourth string quarterbacks in the opener.

I agree it's a good read, and there are parts I agree with, but for the most part, I disagree with what he is saying.
The best thing he writes is:
A team is a direct reflection of its coach.
I completely agree with this.
But he describes Napier during a game:
Watch Napier on the sidelines during games. He’s measured, he’s patient. He’s unflappable.
And he say's it's a problem.
I would thing these are good qualities a team should have, since there will be times a team has to overcome adversity and remaining calm during a game is important to overcome the adversity.
He uses Saban as an example of a successful HC who cusses out players during a game.
I think this task should be left to the position coaches and senior leadership on the team.
Florida has position coaches to do this task, but it just does not have enough upperclassmen at this point to lead.
Saban is able to get away with it since he's Saban.
There are many other coaches who are not as successful yet behave in the same manner as Saban, so I don't think using Saban's sideline behavior is a valid example for his argument.
