To me, that helps the programs at the very top of high school recruiting.

Imagine UGA, OSU, Alabama, etc.. having even more spots to give out in each class.

It also will likely cause more transfers. With the top programs being able to sign more players, that will result in more players at those programs entering the Portal.

It reminds me of the era when I was a teenager/young adult when there were no limits on scholarships and Bear Bryant would have a roster well over a hundred and often times would sign players just to keep Auburn from signing them. I believe that the first year to limit scholarships began in 1973.

I couldn't agree more with you Mark. Another bonehead decision by the NCAA. How about work on the transfer portal issue NCAA???
