Late to the party (traffic on the way home... sigh) but we're here and the Gators trail 15-14 to Wake Forest with just under 13 minutes to play in the first half. Kugel leads Florida early on with 5. Handlogten still out.

Tyrese Samuel's been great for this team all season, but especially as of late. He's got 5&5 already tonight.

It's clear that Florida's the more talented team. But the Demon Deacons are playing harder right now. Getting on the floor for lose balls, diving out of bounds to try and save balls, tougher defense. That's how you end up where they are right now, leading with less than 8 minutes to play in the half.

Pullin is so good at pushing the ball up the court. Exactly the type of point Golden needs for the system he wants to run.

I don't know where the Gators would be right now without Kugel. He's been their only bright spot as this games gone on. Up to 21 now on 8-12.

Kugel HAS to take that three. He seems to like taking bad ones and passing up good ones. When your hot the way he is right now, you can't pass up looks like that.
