Mertz attempted his first real deep target of the day and nearly threw it away. Was looking for Pearsall but never really had much of a chance. Florida dodged a bullet.
Florida will get the ball to start the second half. A score here would be huge even if it's a field goal
Boardingham gets his first catch. Offside gave the Gators a free play. Slaughter makes the smart move and snaps with Arkansas in the neutral zone.
Huge find to Boardingham to get the first down. Florida's got 1:05 to put points on the board and tie or take the lead going into the half.
Jackson gets his second catch of the day. Ran backwards out of bounds which kept the clock running. Florida forced to take a timeout
Not a bad play call but Mertz threw it low and behind Boardingham. FG unit is out looking to tie this thing up.
That is two timeouts in a row where Napier let the clock run way too long before calling a time out. It is a strategy? Am I lost? Is he?
Florida's snap count and particularly Mertz's clap is getting Arkansas to jump. Even if it isn't offside, it has been a good indication of when a blitz is coming
It's kind of a good news, bad news scenario here at the half. The good news is Florida has come back from a double-digit deficit in two of the last three games. The bad news is Florida was down by double digits to a team with a losing record in two of the last three games.
