Florida > Ole Miss but Napier < Kiffin as a QB coach and OC

Kiffin is a better offensive coordinator but that's about it.

He is childish and not a good representative for any university that would want to hire him for what he can do as the coach because he is an embarassment in all other aspects.

That is why he is at Ole Miss instead of a better team.

I don't get all the love for him.

If his main job was being an influencer then okay but he is .500 as a coach.
