Florida State is clearly the better team top to bottom.
To me, there are two things at play here:
FSU's backup has to start in the Swamp. The atmosphere and noise can't be replicated in a practice setting, it has to be experienced.
On the other hand, Max Brown looked good coming in cold last week. I'm almost certain that Missouri spent little to no time preparing for a running quarterback. FSU will have spent the week prepping for him.
In the end, the Swamp offers Florida at least a touchdown advantage, but it won't be enough.
Florida State 31-21.
Brown throws for 210.
