Do you think that was the offense because the coaches called it or he rather throw short passes?Yes he did and hopefully that will change this year. We cant have our best receiver in motion catching the ball 3-5 yd behind the line of scrimmage. I know there was one game last year where he was 11 for 13 on passes behind the line of scrimmage.
Or because he was running for his life after 4 seconds?Do you think that was the offense because the coaches called it or he rather throw short passes?
Four seconds to throw is a lifetime.Or because he was running for his life after 4 seconds?
He certainly hasn't shown any ability of throw a deep ball with any kind of accuracy. Some of the short passes are design plays but I do feel he is more comfortable throwing balls inside 7 yd. When Brown came in he threw the ball down the field. I can't imagine a backup quarterback was told to throw the ball down the field while the starting quarterback was told to to throw short. That is what's so painful about watching this offense. All the passes within a couple yards of the line of scrimmage.Do you think that was the offense because the coaches called it or he rather throw short passes?
