Excellent read with some interesting quotes.
There was another interesting article a while ago: A deep dive into Billy Napier's slow rebuild at Florida, and all the frustrations coming with it.
Both these articles indicate that the Gator football program was in a really bad state and major changes were needed.
Also that these changes will take time and the people who matter will support Napier for the long term.
So I expect Napier to be the head coach for at least the length of his contract and most likely longer.

I’d imagine he’s getting 4 years regardless. But if we’re in the 7-8 win department then he won’t get a 5th year.
