Didn't you think we'd be doing better in recruiting

When won 4 games in a row and we tore it up in December recruiting I thought we would be on fire for this class.

We got 2 recruits committed and only 1 of them is a 4 star.

I already know it will get better when summer visits start happening but I thought we would start better.

Don't all teams need to lock in players before the salary cap this summer so that they can pay them off the books and not have it count against the $20 million?

At least we will have a high recruit average.

This thing is ever changing. I have no idea how it works, but here is somewhat of an explanation from the Yahoo Sports story on LSU.

Yes, revenue sharing goes into place over the summer. I have no idea about buyouts. I don't know if anyone does because they had another day in front of the judge earlier this week. It is a forever-changing landscape.

Yes, with the four game winning streak to end the season, I thought recruiting would be off to a better start this cycle. It is still like targets are taking a wait and see approach to Florida. If the team can get off to a hot start, it should pick up then. Really though, Napier needs a 'prove it' type of season where he gets to nine or more wins to take away any hot or warm seat talk.

It doesn't matter how you get to the finish line it can be a strong start or it can be like last year when we closed strong.
