Sincerely, I don't mean this disrespectfully toward him at all, but he was way too flaky throughout the process to put any kind of faith in any prediction as to where he would end up.
They've added a new tweet announcing Hanks' signing.
He was offered as a walk-on and then when they were going to cap the rosters at (I believe) 105, all on scholarship, it looked like maybe he was going to be on scholarship, but then the SEC decided to remain at 85 scholarship, but there's a distinction here. UF clearly produced the edit, but he tweeted it and they retweeted it. For all the other signees, UF tweeted it.
