He needs to win 8. Even 7-5 after 2 losing seasons is barely showing any improvement. That being said, I believe with the improvements on Defense (which has been terrible the last 2 years), I believe he gets to 8-4 and will be in every game except for possibly Texas and Georgia. If Mertz gets injured early, then of course all of that goes out the window.
