I don't know why they want him since after they benched Wright last year they only played two running backs.

But why would they want a junior college running back for this season to make up for a high school running back who wouldn't be here until next season?

If you read the Behind the Scenes Spring Recap, in describing the offense they call it run-heavy featuring the backs since they don't have a real running quarterback.

That means they are going to need a handful of backs to be safe, and this newest addition gives them five scholarship backs.

The teams we're beating out are getting worse.

The last 4 teams we've beat out for a player were Rutgers, USF, Charleston Southern and Prarie View.

We have to beat the big boys out for recruits if we want to beat the big boys on the field.
