You mean he isn't asking for patience because it isn't going to take multiple years before fans can expect results on the field? I assume that means Zach Arnett must have left him a great talent base and culture.

The only reason to sell a slow rebuild is you missed on your top targets for years. Fisch at Arizona inherited a 0 win team and might win double digits in year 3. We need to stop lowering expectations on a coach that inherited a 6 win team.
I'm watch him next year to see if he can maintain it. If he does, he's waiting in the wings to be Billy's replacement
