Both Myles Graham and Kamran James were out of their orange non-contact jerseys and looked to be particpating fully during the media viewing window.
Former Florida defensive lineman Carlos Dunlap shadowed the defensive line group during drills.
During positional drills Dallas Wilson did workokut some with the receivers, however he then moved off to the side working with the other players who are sitting oukt this spring: Justin Williams, Fletcher Westphal, Titus Bullard, Kendall Guervil, and Jalen Wiggins.
During warmups when the players are encouraged to put some effort into their sprints, Vernell Brown III was the player to finish first among all the positions in the two reps that I watched. Now, that doesn't at all mean he is the fastest player on the team, but it does mean (to a degree) he was putting forth the most effort during those sprints.
The coaches say that a starting quarterback hasn't been picked, and going practice to practice, drill to drill, at least from the 35 or so minutes we get to view, it really looks like Aaron Philo and Tramell Jones Jr. are neck and neck for the starting position. Despite being a true freshman, with spring camp almost complete, Will Griffin looks to be the strongest candidate to be the third stringer.
I said it before spring break, and I'll say it again, of the transfer receivers, other than Eric Singleton Jr., I wasn't highly impressed with what UF was able to bring in. However, the more I see out of Micah Mays, the more I think he could be a pleasant surprise. Now, keep in mind we are watching 'on air' drills with no defensive backs on the field, but he has a nice combination of size, speed and quickness.
