3 offseason arrests

We already had Shivers and Johnson arrested and now it's Manuel.

2 of them with guns. Aren't there laws still that you can't have guns on campus at UF?

My question is this: I thought in the last few years that a gun found in your vehicle is no different than one in your home as long as it is legally purchased, so why was it deemed illegal? I know that it is illegal to have one on campus, but my understanding is that he was arrested off campus.

He was a true freshman in 2021, so my bet he is at least 21.

If they decide not to press charges against you does it still count as an arrest like with Johnson.

If you have been arrested isn't something that gets asked. It is if you have been convicted.

He hasn't been charged much less convicted.
