Do you think that coach Napier is going to make any changes to his staff on offense?
If he is, doesn't, he need to do it now so we can recruit some portal players.
If we were 7-5 and headed to a bowl, I would be jumping up-and-down right now celebrating this.
Bu we ended up with a losing record with him and I don't think we're going yo be a better overall team next year.
So I guess i'm wondering why don't we hand the keys over to DJ Lagway.
Losing Etienne would show the rest of the college football world how broken we are as a program.
We can't blame Mullen or his culture on Wilson, Norman, Brown, Etienne all leaving.
This would be about as bad as losing to FSU.
Mertz isn't on the list of players for senior day.
Does that mean he's coming back for sure?
What are the chances that he goes pro? Is he considered to be an NFL quarterback.
I feel like we are just playing out the string with Napier this year and next. I don't expect any big improvement from him coaching. I hope he can hold the class together.
I don't think Mullen ever cared enough about recruiting to bring in top 5 classes no matter if we had the new football facility when he was here.
If we could combine Napier's recruiting with Mullen's game coaching we would have it made.
He has 1-2 more years but he needs to make some changes or it might only be 1 more year.
This is a big let down.
It's starting to feel like no matter how good he recruits he isn't a good enough coach to take us places.
How is it DJ Lagway's fault that receivers don't want to come play in this offense? I doubt Smith was impressed with what he saw today and he probably isn't buying that we are better for his future than playing for OSU would be.
When I saw this last week I thought you were out of your mind. That it would be a great chance to get elite recruits to give us a look. If they saw that they probably walked away thinking better about UGA than they did us.
