Do that and our Top 5 class will drop to about #20. We have to let him sign this class, then if next year starts out the same, fire him mid season.
We need to relax on the firing people talk. These are people's lives we are talking about and disrespecting them is just crazy.
There is so much pressure inherent to these jobs and it does no one any good if your own fans add to it.
Let's support as much as we can and if he doesn't win enough then the Gators will make a change.
Then we can try to help the new guy.

Sorry, but I don’t have any sympathy for any high paying coach losing their job. The people lives you are referring too are all pretty much making millions are close to it. In addition, they will find similar jobs paying them the same if not more. It’s the nature of their job, produce results are get fired like any other job.
I am not sure what vocation you have, but I faced enormous pressure in my career and did not make Millions per year. Napier said himself that he knew what he signed up for when he took this job and if not successful will receive a substantial buyout.
