Coach Napier just hired the new strength coach and now he's leaving us for Boston College.

My guess is that #1 he and Bill O'Brien are friends, and he likes working with him; #2 logically thinking while living in Boston is more expensive than living in Hogtown and I am sure can afford less salary than UF, O'Brien has at least 3-4 years of security in Boston while Napier might have less than a year in Gainesville. Napier needs someone quickly who is an improvement over Hocke, and it will be interesting to see how he sells how good the next choice is.
