Just by suiting up he is better. Between the penalties and getting beat by edge rushers, he was terrible. Just by him starting, it showed how little depth we had. If there is a solution for LT, I expect Barber to move to his natural spot at RT.

I'm not defending George but we'll see in the spring if he loses his job.

I'm looking over our class and I don't see anyone who's clearly going to come in and be a starter from day one.

Are any of these 3 transfers starters from the minute they get here?

There's an interesting analysis comparing 2023 PFF grades of the incoming transfers to Gator starters.
It seems like the transfers are an upgrade, but it should be taken with a grain of salt considering only Devon Manuel has faced SEC defenses.
It still gives one hope.
