QUICK Q&A
What was the highlight of your visit today?
“The highlight of my visit today was definitely taking the pictures in uniform.”
Which coaches did you speak with the most, and what did they have to say to you?
“The coaches I spoke to the most today would be Coach [Darnell] Stapleton and Coach [Rob] Sale. They both spoke about how they coach and what they expect from offensive linemen on the Gators as a unit. They both also said that they will evaluate my film. Coach Stapleton said that he might come by during spring practice to have a look at me in person in pads.”
Is there anything new you learned about the Gators today that you didn’t know before? If so, what?
“Something I learned today that I didn’t know about the Gators was the players are really like the new coaching changes and there seems to an excitement growing for the upcoming season. The players and the staff have a close, family like, relationship that has a positive effect on the culture there currently that I could see my self being a part of!”
What is the most impressive thing you saw either on a tour of the campus or during one of the presentations? What really stood out?
“The most impressive thing I saw on the visit was the preparation they put into the visit and how well it went. Everything was so organized.”
How do you feel about Florida after visiting today?
“I feel that Florida is a school that is definitely in my top three.”
It’s still early for you, but do you have any leaders or a leaderboard?
“I do not have a leader or leaderboard.”
Did you get a chance to speak with any of the players, if so, who and what did they say to you?
“I got to speak to three players. One redshirt senior running back [Cam Carroll], a freshman, and a senior defensive lineman that transferred from Louisville [Caleb Banks or Cam Jackson]. (I can’t think of their names). Everyone visiting today were able to ask them questions without the coaches in the room and it allowed us recruits to get a taste of what the athletes go through everyday.”
Do you know of any visits you have coming up over the spring?
“I have no upcoming spring visits set other than coaches, like the Gators, wanting me to come out to spring practices.”
