QUICK Q&A
What was the highlight of your visit today?
“Going into the quarterback room with coach [Ryan] O’Hara and talking about football.”
Which Florida coaches did you speak with the most? And what was their message to you?
“Coach O’Hara. He said that I’m a priority for them.”
How do you feel about Florida after visiting today?
“I feel good about them. I mean, I will be coming back to check them out.”
Florida is coming off back-to-back losing seasons. What do you want to see from them this year to make you feel better about them? Or does that matter?
“I mean at the end of the day you’ve got to go get the guys you need to win and I think they have done a great job at doing that. We will see how it goes for them.”
It’s still early for you, but do you have a leader or a leaderboard?
“I don’t have any leaders at this time. I’m open to anyone.”
What other visits do you plan on taking here in the next month or two?
“Florida State, Louisville, Mississippi State, and Ole Miss to name a few. This could change though.”
Even if they’re not leaders, other than Florida, what are some of the top programs you’re considering?
“Texas A&M and Georgia Tech.”
