When are writers going to give Graham Mertz the respect he deserves

He has the best passing numbers in the SEC and he still doesn't get any respect from writers.

He isn't on CBS top quarterbacks ranking. He isn't even in the honorable mention.

Looking over that list I can’t see Mertz being in front of any those guys right now.

I'm listening to the Dooley show on the radio and they're having trouble picking out a SEC quarterback better than him.

If he's the best in the SEC he could be on the stage in New York at the end of the year.

It's a down year for QBs in the SEC. I don't really see that changing in the near future. It's all good for UF though. We won't have to play a bunch of 25 year old QBs any more.

Mertz has 600 yards 3 TD and 1 INT.

There's no comparison.

Can we say that Mertz has been good for us but hes not one of the best quarterbacks.
