I've honestly never heard of anyone being designed a 'game management' coach (I have always assumed that is the head coach's responsibilities), but here you go, he helps with game and clock management. This is needed at a certain in-state program (actually two).

It should be like the wresting matches when I was a kid and they had a loser leave town match. This should be a loser leave the state match. Let the loser of the game resign and go find another job.
