Rivals and On3 have merged, and now, instead of an On3 300 Industry Consensus, there's a Rivals300 Industry Consensus.

Here is how UF's commits and targets were ranked in the final On3 Industry Consensus and how they are ranked in the initial Rivals Industry Consensus.

There are some big movers both to the positive and negative.

The results are a combination of Rivals250 and On3 300, combining, as well as the - now - Rivals300 being reranked (from the previous two). Also, those who were high up in either/or ESPN and 247, but not as high on On3 and Rivals (Will Griffin) benefit because two of their worst rankings now became one, while the other strong ranked remained. That works the opposite as well. Some of it is a new eval (Jake Kreul) done over the last couple of months.

Damn how big a beating did Jake Kreul take. He was at their 5 star camp and did good.
Give Kreul all the credit in the world, not only is he a great young man off the field, but on it, he has done his best to control the controllables. He is relentless - he absolutely has a high-end motor - and has improved his quickness. However, he can't control what was passed to him genetically. He is probably right at 6-foot-1, maybe a tick under, maybe a tick over, and 220-pounds. His frame is so narrow, I don't know how much more bulk he can put on.

I've stood next to him a couple of times. Forget the Edges, he looks like he would be one of Florida's smaller linebackers. I don't know if he can hold up against the run in the SEC - making him a one-trick pony, coaches can bring him in as a situational passrusher, and hope like hell that the tackle doesn't get his hands on him.
