I hope maybe Steve feels more comfortable giving pointers to his son, and then his son can use those to help us.
I worry that if Spurrier Sr. gave Napier a play that would guarantee us a TD, Napier would ignore it because he truly thinks that he is an Offensive genius. Some wise man told me almost 50 years ago when I was first starting out in the work force, " you don't have to know everything, but it is absolutely essential to know what it is that you don't know something about and get guidance". Napier needs to adopt that.
Napier takes advice from coach Spurrier already. It was Mullen who didn't listen to him.
