My guess is he’s not dragging it out; either he’s not sure which way he’s going with the hire or he keeps striking out with his choices.

7 days away and we still don't have a coach. It really isn't Napier's fault he was busy adding to the off the field army of assistants. He can't be bothered with doing his job.

That’s almost what happened with Armstrong last year. Billy has a hired this huge staff but for whatever reason is afraid to delegate. I’m afraid he won’t finish out his 3rd year.
