What message is Napier sending

I read over what coach Napier had to say about evaluating things but nothing is going to change until after the season.

If someone isn't doing their job why wait to make a change?

What is the message to the team when you're saying we want and expect you to continue playing and working hard but we aren't going to make the changes necessary to help make you sucessful.

We need to hand play calling to Calloway and put anyone else who has a pulse in charge of the ST.

It certainly did not keep Sam Pittman from firing his OC this late in the season and obviously it shook the team up.

I am certain we would not be seeing these kind of posts had that FG been good and we won the Arkansas game.
