We have NFL speed

Today the strength coach said wr have 2 players that run 23 MPH and 15 players that run 22 MPH.

"We got a couple guys running 23 mph now, we got 15 guys running 22, 43 guys running 21, 62 running 20 and then bigs, we have a handful of bigs running 19 and weighing at least 330 pounds."

We have real speed this year.

That's kind of a false comparison because the NFL MPH is done by NextGen Stats. I would assume that Florida is doing theirs on a treadmill.

So, when you see 23 MPH you're thinking two UF players are as fast as Tyreek Hill.

However, the numbers are compiled differently.

The NFL only had two players hit 22 MPH in the 2022 season. There's no way in hell UF alone has 15 players who can do it using the same factors/system as the NFL.

If we had this fast of a team I'd expect to win every game and if we didn't it would be coach's fault.

Even if we don't really have NFL speed if you read what he says he says we're faster than the other teams in college he has worked for.
