For all the doubt we all have about Stricklin being a competent AD you have to admit that he hit a homerun by hiring Todd Golden out of obscurity. No one knew who he was and now he is one of the best coaches in college basketball who we'll be lucky if the NBA doesn't come calling in the next couple of seasons.

Golden came in with a plan and has executed it perfectly.
Think about how young he is and how he should only get better.
I like that we made him one of the top paid college coaches. He earned it.
