We won that game because of Lagway and the defense.

Napier was there to be part of the celebration but his playcalling and management didn't win the game.

Even in the end Miss has 3-4 less plays had UF run the play clock down more when they had the ball. How is Napier not telling Lagway to take the clock down to 1 second before he snaps it.

Poor Clock management at the end of the 1st half was bad as well. We called a timeout and then just ran the ball. When we have one of the best long ball passers in the country and a kicker who can hit them from close to 50, DON'T PLAY SCARED MONEY!! Don't get me wrong, Napier at least had them ready to play and the kids love him. At the end of the day, he beat some of the coaches that people say they want in his place, and I am glad he will be back next year. Now finish it off with an FSU and a Bowl win and we could just be on our way.

Field position played a big part in that decision and I agreed with it. If we had gotten the ball at the 25 or better we would have attacked but they pinned us way back. No need to risk a big mistake and give them momentum going into the locker room.

We got to our 40 and then called timeout, and then ran a running play. I don't have a problem with killing it before half, but don't call a stupid timeout and then run the ball and chance a fumble for no reason. Just take a knee.
