Sanders doesn't really coach

I watched both of Colorados games this year. The camera loves to show him on the sidelines. I don't think he really coaches as much as he does motivates.

I don't think he is strong on Xs and Os and leaves that to his coaches but he is the one who is in the players ears.

He's hired an amazing coaching staff. As a HC in major college football today you can't get bogged down in X's and O's. There's just not enough time in the day.

It will be interesting to see how it unfolds if he starts to have some turnover on the coaching staff.

He is the CEO, but I don't know that I have seen him on the headsets making calls or adjustments tonight.

All I know is that his son is a heck of a quarterback. He made a lot of great plays last night. As did the Colorado state quarterback. But Deion‘s son played extremely well. Was he highly recruited coming out of high school? I have no idea.
