My ranking is Kiffin, Day, Deboer, Chadwell and then Napier - but only if he wins 8 or more games in 2024.

100% agree. Kiffin would have us in the play-offs every year. All he would need would be a top 5-7 recruiting class yearly, because he would out coach everyone.

I doubt it. Due to our NIL or lack of, Ole Miss is probably a more desired job.

This is a sort of a dumb list. The only feasible candidates are Napier and Chadwell and Chadwell doesn't have a better resume than Napier did when he was hired.

We really need the Napier thing to work or our downhill spiral is going to continue indefinitely. There are no sure fire coaches to be had.

Threads like this are a big part of the problem with Florida football. It's just a toxic place to work. All we have to sell is we had some success in the 90s and 2006-2009 and that's getting old. $ is not a big differentiator. Everybody has money.
