To show you that rankings from the services don't always play a part in how Florida formulates its own board, though four-star offensive tackle though Jonathan Daniels is the No. 116 ranked prospect in the nation according to the On3 Consensus, a little while after he took an unofficial visit to Florida, I asked of he was setting up an official visit with the Gators and he said that UF had stopped communicating with him.
This evening he committed to Florida State, and they were likely the leaders all along, but I thought it was interesting that he said UF quit recruiting him, not the other way around.
