Cam and I will be reporting live from the Swamp on Florida’s open football practice today.

We'll head out there around 2 p.m. and the festivities are scheduled to begin around 2:30 p.m.

Macczzua and Odom still have on non contact jerseys, but are partipating.

Walk-on receiver Brian Green Jr. is still sidelined.

During punt return drills Billy Gonzales was doing what he could to distract the returner.

Trevor Etienne was first. Douglas, Bowman and Wilson were the other three returners.

The walk-on defensive lineman Morris is also non contact.

Though there hasn't been a starting quarterback named, Mertz was at the head of the group during warm-ups, while Miller was in the second spot.

Mazzccua is with the starting unit at right guard, Richie Leonard at left guard.

The first play was a PAP rollout, incomplete by Mertz.

Johnson with a nice gain and then a jail break as the entire defensive line hit Etienne for TFL.

If he held on to it, Brown hit Burke for a long gain.

Mazzccua and Jackson colliding there for a nice battle.

If there's no setback, I would think he is ontrack to start the opener and doesn't look all that limited tonight.

No one is being put on tb ground. They'll likely save that for next week's scrimmage.

Aiden Mizell with a nice pickup on the sweep, but fumbled the ball, which popped right back up to him.

Knijeah Harris was in at right guard with the starters that rotation.

Boardingham working with the starters at tight end.

That was messy as Eugene Wison nearly ran into the quarterback and running back exchange while in motion.

This is what happens when you're doing this with no replay. Something happened to draw a round of applause from the crowd but I was busy typing and missed it.

Back to positional drills while the quarterbacks throw on air to the tight ends.

Now the running backs are catching on air from the quarterbacks. I haven't seen a drop yet.
